My wife and I have been customers for over five years and have always been satisfied. Communication between the customer and the repair shop is always clear and transparent – ​​which, unfortunately, isn't a given in the Munich area.
Recently, my vehicle needed repairs following a third-party claim. After a call to the repair shop, everything was organized smoothly: a quick appointment, a lawyer, an appraiser, and a loaner car.
Of course, there are sometimes minor misunderstandings, but these were always acceptable.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Autohaus Hagl.

I was looking for a BMW dealer. My new used car was due for its first service appointment with "BMW Service Included." Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and I was able to get a timely appointment. The receptionist at the car handover was friendly. Four hours later, I received a call saying the car was ready for pickup. The service was completed. Great! They also cleaned the windshield, vacuumed the floor on both sides, and checked the tire pressure. What more could you want? I'll remain a customer there.

Great service as I expect from BMW, I got a service appointment for my 3 Series in a timely manner. The gentlemen at the reception are extremely friendly and the advice on the car was great.
I was informed of the cost and duration in advance, I was able to pick up the car on the same day and it was even washed. The whole process was flawless and I will come back for the next inspection.
