Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and I was able to get a timely appointment. The receptionist at the car handover was friendly. Four hours later, I received a call saying the car was ready for pickup. The service was completed. Great! They also cleaned the windshield, vacuumed the floor on both sides, and checked the tire pressure. What more could you want? I'll remain a customer there.

For a bmw dealer unfortunately really bad. I've always bought my parts there and you can do that without hesitation, because the staff there is friendly and knows what they're doing. Parts sale actually gets 5 stars. But I wanted to have my vehicle measured there and have the scales set by Radlaast, and that went completely wrong. Communication via email was zero within three days, it was not possible to answer properly and give me a price and an appointment. After repeated calls and personal auditions, I was always put off so that I looked for someone who wanted my money. Really sad for a bmw dealer
